How do we get support on the OxFlow service?

OxFlow clients have three methods for getting support on the service or for changes and new features:

  • Via Slack or Teams (during business hours)
  • Via email with our support team
  • Scheduled Zoom meetings

We also offer a general admission monthly Zoom “Office Hours”, which is an open agenda model.
