Setting up a new OxFlow client follows these five steps:
- Kick-off: We listen to your requirements, align on the plan, and get access to your systems.
- First prototype: We deliver a working automation that is at least 25% complete.
- Fitting Session 1: Here we modify the prototype and enhance.
- Fitting Session 2: Ideally this is the last “Enhancement” huddle pre-go-live.
- Go-Live: We consider the automation “running” and move into ongoing support mode.
